And then, of course, there is the gore! Oh, God, I do love my zombie tales messy. Blood splatter, ooze, and bits & pieces! To get to the gooey-center, you have to strap on the right weapons though. It’s all about the weapons! This story could hold the best collection of fun in the zombie business. Fucking beautiful! Nailguns, crowbars, shovels, girlie slaps, and WTF Where’s the Fireball shirt machetes! I may have drooled a bit there. :D Pure is armed to the teeth bloody joy!
The only thing missing for me in this tale was suspense. The fights were more of a kill-it-quick and get back on the bus type action, which worked for this short story setting really. But I still missed my adrenaline fix. Hell, I can’t even call that a bump or disappointment because this beautiful baby is a zombie gem!
